Christ-Centered Yoga
Yoga, as with everything in life, has a spiritual element to it. Everything either draws you closer to God or further from God. So doing yoga has the power to shape and transform your body as well as your beliefs and your faith.
When you chose to do Christian yoga, you are choosing to exercise your body in a safe space where you can also grow in your knowledge and faith in Jesus.
